on Friday both sc nurse and doc call round.

they watch me walk unsteadily down the corridor. I fail to fall over so they are satisfied.

they both, and deb, want to send someone by to wash me. I absolutely refuse, so visitors be warned.

last night I sleep soundly but wake not very refreshed.

this morning I sit and snooze. listen to Deb and our grandson chatting and playing with lego. very pleasant background sound.

now they are off to parcour. I sit and watch th rain the garden. very pleasant... from inside...
