a longer walk

I've been too nervous to walk through the shops with Deb. Ever since I was told that I could die quickly or within, at most, 24 months.

I was afraid I would collapse in the shops and Deb would need to drag me out again.

More recently I'm t told I won't collapse *suddenly*. And that the dying body will first spend several days acting crook. Both of which reassure me: 

Today I walk through the shops -- and survive! Still  only a few hundred metres -- but further than I have walked for months.

It's all about attitude...

I'll try to switch my attitude back to, Give it a go :-)
