ready to leave

tim gives us a lift to the airport. excellent service.we repay him with a cup of airport coffee :-)

a few incidents have added to the days interest.

last night i finish packing. and find that, due to the size of my suitcase... i can only pack one shirt. no matter, we're only away for a month.

middle of the night i wake up and remember, we have another case. hidden under a bed downstairs. i shift a lot of junk. manage to extract the case. yes, it is bigger.

morning. i repack into the new case. so much space. i pack two shirts :-)

later. i can't work out the luggage strap. deb has to do it for me. this actually upsets me. i should be able to do these simple things.

at the airport. through the security scan.

the torch on my phone has turned on. when i want it i can never find the torch app. today there is no way i can turn it off. a stranger asks, need a hand. i pass over my phone, he turns off the torch.

i nod, shrug, wave my white sick, get guided through the rest of security.

half an hour til boarding.

so far so good :-)

I'll press send. this post will be sent when we get wifi. that will be reading... unless i get into the airport wifi. i may try.
