That is, can you stand on one foot for ten seconds? no? then you will probably be dead within ten years... according to research.
so I stand on one leg - and struggle to reach ten seconds... uh oh.
then i move off the rough shag pile carpet. onto the hard level lino... and can stand for ten... fifteen seconds. Phew! looking good :-)
I can do more than 10 seconds on each leg
