Broome & Beyond: Fortescue R. Roadhouse, next morning

Not such a cold night last night. A pleasant morning. Not such a comfortable bed though -- only because I was cold. Woke up once to turn on the air con, for warmth. Woke up a second time to turn it warmer. Slept for the rest of the night.

The caravan park is next to a workers' camp. Rather peaceful. I wonder where workers used to work? The park itself has half a dozen caravans, campers and campervans. Some still asleep, others stirring, one hitching the trailer ready to go.

Not much sound of traffic. Birds flying round. All very peaceful.

There's a geocache within 30m -- but the other side of the fence around the caravan park. I may have a look on the way out. After picking up the free coffee which is a bonus of staying the night here :-)
