doc and nurses agree, I should do some gentle exercise
a nurse suggests 15 minutes in the morning, 15 in the evening.
Deb leaps on this and tells me:
I *will* walk for 15 minutes in the morning
and I *will* walk 15 minutes in the evening.
Not going to happen.
in the morning the weather is fresh and clear, the road is empty. I walk a bit because it's a pleasure. otherwise I walk because deb is walking... or because I just feel like going for a walk.
heh... a year ago that "walk" would have been "run" :-)
but I don't like to do it to a forced schedule. deb does.

I reckon you have earned the right to make the call. However, Deb is looking after your best interest. Listen to your good wife.
